RECRUITING
Partial Retainer
This performance-based approach is often utilized for searches requiring immediate focus, urgency, and confidentiality. In this type of search, our fee is paid in two installments. The first payment, or engagement fee, is due when we begin the search.
The final payment is due only after the search has been completed. This strategy assures that our experienced, industry-specific national recruiting team will direct their efforts immediately.
Monthly Retainer
This approach is often utilized by our clients, who are familiar with our high search/placement success rate. They want to feel confident that they will have the first review of qualified candidates, gain industry intelligence, and receive a priority response from our team. These contracts are commonly set for 3/6/9/12 months and reviewed at 3-month intervals.
