This performance based approach is often utilized for searches requiring immediate focus, urgency and confidentiality. In this type of search, our fee is paid in two installments. The first payment or engagement fee is due when we begin the search.
The final payment is due only after the search has been completed. This strategy assures that our experienced industry specific national recruiting team will direct their efforts immediately.
This approach is often utilized by our clients who are familiar with our high search/placement success rate. They want to feel confident that they will have first review of qualified candidates, gain industry intelligence and that they will receive priority response from our team. These contracts are commonly set for 3/6/9/12 months and reviewed at 3 month intervals.
Our fee is not paid until a candidate has been hired. This approach is commonly utilized for our clients with multiple searches. While this approach allows efficient management of time on these multiple searches, these assignments do not have the urgency of other searches.
